Innx Dual Seat Protectors

If you are planning on taking a trip this holiday season with you pet then I definitely recommend getting a seat protector.

I got a chance to try out the Innx Dual Seat Protectors. I love them. I drive a 2015 Camry and they have the headrests that are just connected to the bench. Luckily this still worked with them.

They even have an adjustable strap with a buckle to work with the different styles of vehicles.

They have a plastic piece that I tucked into the seat crevice to keep them in place. They also have an elastic band at the bottom to wrap around the bottom of the seat. However, my seat doesn't fully separate at the botttom so I struggle to keep that part attached.

This cover also features openings so that you can still use the seatbelt buckle receivers. I can even use the special child carseat hooks and leave the cover in place.

Overall, this seat cover seems to be pretty great. They feel like they are made with quality material. They are put together very well. The stitching is done professionally. And they are actually practical unlike some other seat protectors.

You find it on Amazon HERE.

You can also watch my Youtube video, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I received this product complimentary in exchange for an honest trial and review.

Coming back

When I first started blogging it was all about me. Everything was personal.
Then I began tracking my exercise and diet routines and fitness progress along with my usual posts.
Then I created two separate blogs - one for fitness and one for life.
Then I started doing reviews and joined that with my life blog.
I stopped doing reviews and blogging altogether. Having a child and working and prepping for a bikini competition consumed every second I had.
Then I started blogging again.
Then I started reviewing again. And then that's all I did.
I went back and removed all of my personal posts. I deleted all of my fitness posts. I removed one blog completely and returned to my original blog.
But all it is is reviews.
I want to start getting personal again. I want to share my life. It's not pretty, but it's worthwhile. I feel like I could help others through my experiences.
This past year I've felt like I should be blogging again, but I'm always waiting for when I have time.  That never comes. I cannot ignore this prompting anymore. I know that it's time to open up, but I don't know how I should. I don't want to expose myself completely, but I haven't decided where to draw the line. So bear with me please as I figure this out.
I hope that I reach those that can benefit from my trials and triumphs. I'm warning you right now though that I will be crossing a line that I had drawn the last time I blogged - religion. I was too afraid to touch that subject before because I didn't want to offend anyone or step on toes. But that is Me. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I hope that you can still stick with me even if we may not agree.
I love you all and am anxious, nervous, and excited for our new journey.

But for now I am off to bed. Goodnight!

The Flip

I have been wanting to read for so long, but I can never seem to find the time. I have so many books sitting on my shelves waiting in line. I currently have four books sitting on my head board next in line. And I am smack-dab in the middle of another that I can't wait to finish.

When I received this book it had been about two years since I had actually read a book. I know, that's horrible. Especially since I truly love to read. But as soon as I started reading The Flip I couldn't put it down. I was hooked. I actually finished it in less than a week. And now my reading fire has been reignited.

I hate anything that is scary. I will not watch scary movies. I hate haunted houses. I haven't even watched Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, or Star Wars because the characters are too frightening for me. I can handle real life threats just fine, but if it's sci-fi then it's a big fat "NO!" However, I took a chance on this book and I am so glad that I did.

It wasn't bad at all. It was very suspenseful and at times frustrating, but I did not find it terrifying. I did not have bad dreams after reading this novel, which I am notorious for. It never got under my skin or made me feel uneasy. I actually found it very fascinating and compelling.

I loved the characters. They way Cash draws you into their lives is smooth and easy. I quickly became attached to each of them. Cheering them on, warning them of the foreboding danger, and gasping for air in their times of terror.

Cash depicts each scene so perfectly that you can see it for yourself. You can feel the air, see the grime, and touch the walls. The house that Julie and Brad are flipping actually have "walls that can talk." The stories unfold before you as you walk further into its halls.

I don't want to give anything away so I really don't want to tell you what the story is about or what my favorite parts are. All I can say is that is an easy, quick, and great read. When it finished I actually wanted more. I was so enveloped in the lives that were lost and the lives that were given. The history of the house was just as exciting as the present circumstances of the renovators.

I did get a little uneasy with a few parts. There were some scenes that were a little sexual. They didn't get too in-depth, but it was still more than I would recommend. They were kind of important for two of the characters to progress, but I still kind of wish that they would have avoided these parts. The descriptiveness in the moments of foreplay could have been avoided. For this reason I would not recommend it to teens that are already so heightened.

Michael Phillip Cash

All in all, I enjoyed this book. Cash is a very talented author. I hope that more people will be able to enjoy his artwork. For those that are looking for a new kind of story then I recommend this book. Just be warned that there are some suspenseful parts, some cursing, and a few sexual scenes (nothing explicit, but enough that I would warn a friend). I can't wait to read another novel by Michael Phillip Cash.

You can find The Flip on Amazon HERE.

You can also check out Cash's website HERE.

Or follow him on Twitter.

P.S. He actually gave me a bonus book that I also get to enjoy!
This will be the next book after I finish reading the one I'm currently finishing.

I received this book complimentary so that I could read it and provide an unbiased review.
